Presenting our Test Drive of the new Howston Dissenter and Toban Raceway Park in rFactor 2. Both pieces of content are a long time coming, with the Howston Dissenter being one of the first 3D models for rFactor 2 and Toban Raceway Park dating all the way back to rFactor.
For this Test Drive, Billy decided to load the medium length configuration of Toban and race against a field of Dissenters at 95% AI. How’s the new car and track combo? According to Billy, pretty fantastic. With a 358-cui small block pushing out 475 hp to skinny, unwilling, rear tires, the Dissenter is an unwilling dance partner, exactly what makes it so much fun. Not to be out done by the Dissenter, Toban continues to deliver the fun in rFactor 2 guise, with lots of elevation and turn combos that are not only fun but create a lot of tight side-by-side racing.
