Darin, I’ve notice your FFB settings are over twice what I run. I’m guessing at one time you had a AMD card and Raptr is still installed on your PC. That program greatly affects FFB in all of your Sim Racing games. One you uninstall it, you will be amazed how much better it will be. Several posts out there about the issue. Keep up the great videos.
