If you have raced RaceRoom you are well aware of the big green, then yellow, then red brake marker arrows that reside along the track as you approach a corner. Well, hopefully you aren’t too attached to them. In the latest development blog from SimBin’s Sonat Ozturk, Sonet says the community has spoken and an on/off toggle will be added in the video settings to disable/enable the arrows. All I can say is, “thank you.”
Starting in about three weeks, patches will be rolled out enabling this feature. The developers decided to update the tracks in about five patches to get the updates to the players earlier and to avoid one massive, slow loading patch. The patches will also insert the real track brake markers at each track. Again, “thank you.”
The blog also said some adjustments are coming to the default controller profiles and physics to new and current content. Sonat also revisited the work that is going on with the browser version of the game that is currently being developed. Nothing can be shown yet but he reports that the prototype is looking promising. The code team is busy refactoring and optimizing the game, while working on the much-awaited multiplayer on both the client and server side. There is currently no timeframe for it’s release but Sonat promises that it’s coming…soon.
Simbin also posted this video on their YouTube page showing that they have a good sense of humor. Funny stuff.

How it was so complex to add this option? LOL
