Did Reiza Studios reveal a new project today? This picture was posted on their Facebook page with the caption, “Coming Soon!”
So what exactly are we looking at besides some pretty cool looking touring cars? Copa Petrobras de Marcas is a touring car series in Brazil that launched in 2011, the third iteration of the championship over the past half-century. The goal was to create a series that showcased the manufactures. Mission statement achieved, as the series sports good manufacturer support from the likes of Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, Mitsubishi and Honda.
So what is Reiza’s plan for their new Brazilian content? If I had to guess, I would say it will be the latest series to be featured in their impressive Game Stock Car Extreme title. Even though the title has moved in the open wheel direction this year, this series would nicely complement the Brazilian Stock Car Series content that is the cornerstone of the title.
Or maybe I’m completely wrong… What do you think?
This is fantastic news. I would love to see them do this in the rf2 engine though. I live in hope.
What do I think? I’ll tell ya what I think. I think this would be fantastic! I hope your theory is correct. It would be a great addition to what is already a terrific sim.
This would be a Real Nice add-on to the sim. I just got it downloaded today and trying to get everything set up correctly and do’in some running now. So I won’t 2guess you as far as this info is concerned. I truly like this sim, A LOT! IMHO, IT IS the Best Sim from what I’ve experienced so far…………….=)
