Well that escalated quickly. After getting RaceRoom’s first open wheel car, the FR2, into the sim and announcing a second open wheel car, the FR JR, Sector3 Studios is tripling down with the announcement/preview of the Tatuus F.4.
Unlike the previous open wheelers, the Tatuus F.4 is an officially licensed real world car. The carbon monocoque FIA certified F.4 will serve as a stepping stone of sorts between the FR JR and the FR2.
The F.4 is used in a number of series including the F4 Italian Championship, ADAC F4 and Nez F4 (Russia). In fact, a very similar looking car produced by Tatuus will become the new Pro Mazda and USF2000 cars here in the US in 2017 as part of the Mazda Road to Indy.
Again, the Sector3 staff goes out and finds a cool piece of content that no other sim has. Well done gents.
