Earlier this week we brought you the official Forza Horizon 3 E3 trailer. Today we have video of the world debut live E3 Forza Horizon 3 demo, including real-time onstage game-play!
On stage, Ralph Fulton, Creative Director of Playground Games, introduces us to four Forza Horizon 3 players who will demo the game-play. They will be using an XBOX One S with game pad, a Windows 10 4K PC and Forza branded, Logitech equipped Playseat, a Windows 10 PC with game pad and an XBOX One, also using a game pad.
For the first time in the Forza Horizon series, four player Co-Op is now available! The players on stage opt in for a race to the beach, which happens to be in the state of Victoria on ”The Great Ocean Road”, one of the most scenic stretches of tarmac in Australia and a favoured route for car and bike enthousiasts alike! I can attest to this as I have driven this route several times myself!
Looking at the in-game footage, I can safely say Playground Games have invested a lot of time and effort into recreating the Aussie landscape and they have succeeded in conveying the atmosphere of Australia’s unique flora and fauna. Notoriously hard to render gum trees are convincingly reproduced as well as varying landscapes and climactic conditions.
Two important things to remember for our friends outside Australia, on Aussie roads, watch out for Roos and you have to keep left, mate!
