Snoopy has released version 1.0 of the Nurburgring Nordschleife for Assetto Corsa. If you are looking to get your fix of the Green Hell before Kunos releases their laser-scanned version, you can give this conversion from rFactor a try.

This latest update brings graphics enhancements and performance increases to the legendary 14.2 mi circuit. The track mesh has also been upgraded, to bring it to a more modern standard. Note that no cameras are included in this version, but will come in a later version.

Our sim racing industry seems to be obsessed by the Nordschleife at the moment and I am LOVING EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!
I think the main reason this track is so inspiring is you have to have a really consistent recall to remember the full circuit and challenge yourself to brake later and go quicker where perhaps you didn’t dare before.

After having driven all the iterations of this release 1.0 (shadows on low, the rest cranked almost all the way up I can get nearly 300 fps) is absolutely the best version I have driven. Jason, if you get the chance try the Corvette Dallara LHD version on this track. The amount of grip that this car has gives you the confidence to hammer it all the way round. I did a 6:42 in it yesterday an I was quite happy with my new PB.

I posted a 7:56.227 clean lap in the Corvette DP under SpatialDragon. Fast for me.
I am getting over 200 fps and recorded wit ShadowPlay at 30fps.
