Apex Modding has been hard at work bringing the GT3 series to rFactor 2. Yesterday, they have announced the next car coming to their mod, the BMW Z4 GT3.
The Apex Modding GT3 Mod is currently at version 0.88, and includes 3 cars. The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG has been scratch-built for rFactor 2, while the “799 RGT3” and Chevrolet Corvette Z06 have been ported from their rFactor 1 mod. The SLS is definitely my favorite car in the mod so far, but I can see the possibility of the BMW passing it up, especially if they nail the sounds.
Two new cars will also be coming as well, but they have not been revealed yet. Which GT3 car would you like to see make it to Apex’s mod? Let us know!
This is an excellent choice to add to the current collection. I look forward to the release.
I’m thinking the next logical addition would be the McLaren. So far the Mercedes is my favorite (love the sound). But the Z4 will be awesome.
