Assetto Corsa Early Access 0.7.5 Update Released

Kunos Simulazioni has released the latest update for Assetto Corsa, bringing their Early Access title to version 0.7.5. The most notable inclusion is the Pagani Huayra supercar to the sim.

Horacio Pagani’s successor to the Zonda, the Huayra (pronounced Wai-Rah) is powered by a 6.0L Mercedes-AMG V12 engine producing 730 horsepower, while only weighing 1,350 kg. That combination has led to the car being the fastest car around the Top Gear Test Track, lapping the circuit with a time of 1:13.8. The car also features active aerodynamics (also simulated in-game) which dynamically adjusts to get the most out of the car. You’ll be able to fire up Top Gear’s 2012 Hypercar of the Year next time you boot up Assetto Corsa.

There have been more under-the-hood improvements to the title, to optimize performance and create a better user experience. You can see the full changelog below.

Assetto Corsa is available as an Early Access title on Steam, and is available for $39.99, a 20% savings of the final retail price. You can buy Assetto Corsa HERE.

  1. Serious? No more 5 days hype? Very dissapointed by this update. Time past and no MP not even a glimpse of it wich makes me think that we will have some large months ahead until a stable MP is on AC……..Do they have a refund option?

    1. The MP option will only be available in the final version as far as I’m aware. As for a refund option, no… But then again, you did get it at a discount!

    2. I think “stable” multiplayer will be around September time (based on Kunos stating that they won’t be releasing DLC until the product releases fully, and they’ve stated Nordschleife as around September) I can however guess that multiplayer will be playable in a form earlier than that. Regarding a refund option I think you passed up on that the minute you purchased an Early Access title, they’re providing consistent updates, good content basically everything that they promised when they added it to Steam as an unfinished product. It’s been well documented on Kunos site/Twitter/Facebook that multiplayer would be a while away yet, as much as I’m sure we’d all love multiplayer, it was to anyone with a decent amount of common sense that it wouldn’t be delivered in this update.

    3. If you follow the AC community you will have already seen videos of the multiplayer in action Chuck, don’t give up on it just yet, as this sim is set to blow everything else out of the water 😀

  2. 80 -85 % of the simracers NEVER ever use Multiplayer !

    The 15 – 20 % Multiplayer fans sure make a lot of whining !
