It took five extra months, but F1 2013 is now available for Apple computers via download from Steam, Feral Store and Mac App Store. Popular Mac gaming publisher, Feral Interactive, ported the game from Codemasters PC version to bring the F1 franchise to Mac for the second year in a row following their release of F1 2012. F1 2013 can be purchased for $49.99 and F1 2013 Classic Edition – featuring F1 2013, F1 Classics: 1990s Pack and F1 Classic Tracks Pack – is available for $64.99.
Important note. Mac App Store copies do not support SteamPlay, so if you want to race online, buy from Steam or Feral Store.

I’m a Mac user (even created cars in the old Macar days) but can’t see this being successful. Macs aren’t easy to mod and their desktops are significantly more expensive than the Windows competitors. I want a gaming pc. I will have a gaming pc…..it won’t be a Mac.
Feral has released many of Codemasters racing games on OSX over the years including RD3, Grid, Dirt2, F1 2012 and now F1 2013. They may not sell like their windows counterparts, but they do sell fairly well, hence the reason they keep releasing them 😉 You may also have a very different definition of what “successful” means. After speaking with Edwin from Feral many times over the years about subjects like this, they do just fine.
