Gran Turismo 6 1.13 Update Released

Gran Turismo 6 Update

Polyphony Digital has released a minor update for Gran Turismo 6, bringing bug fixes to the latest GT title. While no new content is introduced in the update, the fixes and stability updates are welcome. This update helped fix some issues that arose in the Gran Turismo 6 1.12 update, and for a lightweight update (tipping the scales at 9.5 MB), there are a decent amount of updates:

– Fixing an issue where engine and other sound effects were not being played back correctly during online races.
– Fixing an issue where the system would occasionally freeze when 2 or more cars with additional gauges were racing against each other during an online race.
– Fixing an issue regarding the ability to download and play back replays from the Online Rankings board after entering an event.
– Fixing an issue where the game could potentially freeze when attempting to view a replay of an online race from the Gallery menu.
– Fixing an issue where the “Client” display systems could possibly freeze when using the Multi-Monitor function during an online race.

You can download the 1.13 update for Gran Turismo 6 next time you fire it up on your Playstation 3. What are your thoughts on the latest update? Let us know!
