iRacing has released the first video of the upcoming Audi R8 LMS GT3. The Audi is slated to join the recently unveiled Mercedes AMG GT3 in Season 2 2016 starting in a couple weeks.
iRacing’s Audi R8 LMS marks the first time the second generation R8 racer is seen in any sim. The car has already begun to live up to it’s successor, with an overall win in the Nurburgring 24 hour race last summer and GTD class win in this year’s 24 Hours of Daytona.
The Audi, along with the Mercedes, Formula Renault 2.0 and 2016 Mazda MX-5 Cup car, will be released in next week’s iRacing build.
