iRacingMobile Coming Soon

Triple screens, hydraulic brakes, virtual reality headsets, servo wheels, metallic rigs and graphics cards the size of your forearm is nice and all, but lets be honest, there’s a better way to race.  Your phone!  iRacing hears your mobile desires and is conforming by releasing iRacingMobile.

It was a big decision.  Development of iRacingMobile means it had to move all of its engineers from current projects like the Nurburgring and dirt.  Of course, when your developing the next Angry Birds, you gotta have all hands on deck.

iRacingMobile will replace the PC version when its released in 2016 or 2017.  Not only will it allow us to sell all our expensive equipment – see Europe, who cares about price increases! – but it will also allow us to enjoy different modes of driving.  Currently iRacing takes effort.  Like, you have to try.  Ugh.  That’s for the birds.  With iRacingMobile you only have to master four inputs…or two…or none!  Twitch eat your heart out!

Personally, I’m pretty excited about iRacingMobile.  Now instead of reading the newspaper while in the bathroom or pretending to care about the things my girlfriend is talking about or driving my VW in front of the elementary school during school hours, I can be iRacing!

2016 or 2017 is going to be awesome.
