New Survey Shots of Atlanta Motorsports Park Coming to rFactor 2

ISI has released some new survey shots of their latest track in development, the Atlanta Motorsports Park (AMP).  The Herman Tilke designed motorsport country club opened in Dawsonville, GA in 2012 to accommodate individuals who want to track day their cars and karts.

Both the 2-mile road and 0.85 mile kart circuits will be recreated in rFactor 2.  With a whole lot of elevation change in the hills north of suburban Atlanta, I’m sure this track will be a blast to drive in cars such as the recently released Honda NSX.

The ISI Track Team is just a few weeks into the project and don’t have a release date set at this time, but it is their primary project right now.  Check out the track day video below to see one of the six 2-mile track layouts.

  1. Track looks interesting, especially on shifter karts or something small like that. But that is live footage, not game footage.
