With Assetto Corsa’s long-awaited online multiplayer update coming tomorrow, online racing community Race2Play has announced that they will host races on Kunos Simulazioni’s latest sim. Races will open May 2nd 2:00 PDT, and will feature 21 races over the course of the first four days. Race2Play is also announcing a special promotion: anyone who upgrades to a 3-month (or greater) PRO PLUS membership will get a free copy of Assetto Corsa.
Another interesting thing worth noting is that this Monday has a race featuring the Lotus 98T, which seems to confirm the F1 car’s addition to the sim tomorrow.

Should be interesting to see how they will perform in an online environment compared to other online racers i will most likely give it a go i havent played much of Assetto Corsa but i will try there online mode

Why would you say that ? R2P is going strong and great to see they are supporting new titles.
New titles are always excellent, but the schedules are almost “nothing but”. Gets a bit dry.
Actually, Race2Play is likely the only place you will find that ALL titles are still raced. Take a look at the full calendar (http://www.race2play.com/schedule/active_series) you will see events for rFactor, GTR2, GT Legends, RACE07, ARCA, Game Stock Car, Formula Truck, iRacing, rFactor 2, and now Assetto Corsa. No other organization has that wing-span.
And if that doesn’t do it for you, we have the Create Your Own system (http://www.race2play.com/schedule/create_your_own) that allows you to “create your own” events within the 30,000 member community.
Pretty hard to be “dry” with all that flowing around you.
