Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo Gameplay Videos

Presenting two Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo Gameplay videos using direct capture from E3 2015. I was on hand and did the driving in these videos and Milestone and Namco were kind enough to let me not only film, but do direct capture as well. I’m driving on the Playstation 4 using a Thrustmaster T300 RS.

First up I’m in Sweden for a stage in the snow.

Then I finish up running a stage at Australia on gravel.

Sebastien Loeb Rally Evo is due out at the end of the year for many platforms. PC, PS3, PS4, XBox 360 and XBox One as well as at least one more. I will also be posting a video with my initial impressions from E3 as well.

I hope you enjoy the videos !

  1. Sim Vansevenant

From what I can see Dirt Rally handles a lot more realistic. On loose surfaces the car should move and slide around a lot more than it does in the videos (even though Darin drives like a granny, no offence). I wonder if Darin will compare both of them concerning realism.

SLRE looks and sounds very similar to Milestone’s previous WRC-title. Richard Burns’ name is on THE best rally simulator to date. Milestone, make sure that Loeb’s name is on another amazing rally sim. No excess of modes and partygames and all that. Just a number of spectacular cars that handle amazingly and proper roads (+ rallycross circuits).

    1. You could be a bit more respectful. It’s obvious he can’t know the physics and the handling the first time he tries it.

Don’t like the arrows. For full realism, you should have to memorise what the co-driver says…no onscreen help.

You don’t have to memorise what the co-driver says, you just have know how the note system works and listen carefully to what the co-driver says. It’s easier than memorising all of them. :p

But thats the point. If we want things to be more sim like, then having green, amber and red arrows pointing ahead and disappearing is hardly a true representation of what rally drivers see. They have their co-drivers tell them the details.
