SRX GT Dash for Fanatec CSW available for pre-order! Following up on Darin’s original post from December 15, 2014 regarding the SRX GT DASH v1. This v1 version has now been joined by the v2 dash which includes a Z1 display and they are both now available for pre-order on the official Spanish SRX website.
This is the first full dashboard designed specifically for use with the Fanatec CSW V1 & V2 / Simxperience AccuForce and OSW wheelbases. Attaching the dash to the wheelbases is achieved via a simple system of four fixing screws. The dashboard will certainly add to the immersion of being in a real race car, especially if one was to use it in a darkened room. The use of high quality materials throughout the dash’s construction also extends to a backlight system with RF remote control that allows you to change the color to suit your own tastes. The top of the dash is upholstered in Alcantara, the same material used in high end super cars! Software and configuration files are included in the sale price. This dashboard is designed to be used with GT style rims, which allows a view of all the displayed information. There are a few recommendations regarding the wheel rim’s shape, an F1 style rim could impede the viewing of some of the instruments.
