The latest update for Gran Turismo 6 (GT6) has arrived and it features two new cars to the Vision Gran Turismo collection, the Infiniti Concept and Chevrolet Chaparral 2X. The cars can be purcahsed from the Vision GT option within the Cars section or can be obtained by completing a lap in the new Seasonal Events.

Besides the new cars, update 1.15 saves your sorting of cars in the Garage (which is nice with such a large collection) and sends you a message when a piece of your user created content is removed due to violation of SEN Terms & Conditions (aka read the fine print boys and girls).
Besides the updates, one bug fix was rolled out. It fixes the camber angle that is shown in the Favorite Cars tab of the Community section.
And speaking of bugs, it seems update 1.15 has caused a minor issue with sorting cars in your garage. The drive distance display (number of km you’ve driven your car) is showing “0km” instead of the actual amount. A patch is currently being worked on but in the mean time you can find the work around here (or just not sort your cars by distance driven).
Funny how all these “Vision” cars look almost identical. I know air flows best along certain design lines, but I guess the days where you could tell tell a car at a glance are gone.
I just got a ss 500 ps3 and Gran Tourismo 6. I bought a brand new thrustmaster t80 and though I was set to start my journey into Sim racing (insert record scratch) BUT Everytime I try to download the new update I get a screen telling me I need more room, the amount of mb I need to free up is different everytime also. I took the console back to store and they cleared it completely and said I have a 500 super slim PlayStation 3 and I should be fine now. Double record scratch, and I get the same thing plus I had to start all new online accounts and lost all progress on game, in fact the only good that came out of the wipe-out of ps3 is I figured out how to set up the T80 wheel to where it drives like a wheel should. I have tried all sorts of games and have settled on F1-2012, the Grid autosport Black and GT-6 all of these work well with my wheel and fit on my machine but as I am now addicted to Sim driving and have started building a rig out of airplane parts I may have to upgrade my console and it will not be a PlayStation after going through this with them. Has anyone else had problems downloading the new update?
