MAK-Corp Release Group C v0.95 for rFactor2

Australian modding studio MAK-Corp release Group C v0.95 for rFactor2! The team at MAK-Corp Studios have been hard at work on the release of their newest version of the Group C mod. With the much awaited addition of the mighty Sauber C11 Mercedes Group C car and the availability of many new skins and drivers for the series, this means that the grid size can now be increased to create larger, unique grids! The new car should definitely please many fans of the 80s and 90s era LeMans prototype series!

In addition to the new car, the studio has implemented a host of improvements and fixes to the series, all of which can be seen here below in the complete changelog!

For non STEAM users who are using v0.81, please remember to uninstall v0.81 before installing v0.95. For Steam users, the update should occur automatically soon.

  • Some inertias have changed to give a more natural movement to the cars. This has made the cars more dynamic giving more feedback to the driver on traction and makes it easy to drive close behind another car.

Porsche

The peak of torque on the WSC engine has been moved from 5500 to 5000 RPM making it exactly like the Type 962/72 engine from the World Sportscar Championship. This new range of torque allows drivers to take some corners in a higher gear saving fuel while driving in endurance mode.
