After a few weeks of buildup, Image Space Incorporated has released the Tiger Moth Aerodrome for rFactor 2.

The Tiger Moth Aerodrome is based off of Dunsfold Aerodrome, better known as the Top Gear Test Track. It features a unique Figure 8 design, which serves as a test bed for cars for the British show. For those of you who aren’t too fond of the motoring show or the track, ISI has generated a few more layouts (5 total), which utilizes the outlying roads around the airport, which work very well with the classic open wheel cars.

Fun Fact: The plane model on the track (and the trailer) is the Tiger Moth from Ant’s Airplanes. While you can’t fly it in rFactor 2, you can download it for Flight Simultor X, via a free download!
Have you given Tiger Moth Aerodrome a spin yet? What are your thoughts?

I’ve never been a fan of the Top Gear test track but I’m interested in trying the layouts that utilize the outlying roads. They look like they could be fun.
Downloaded and tried it yesterday. It was surprisingly good. I was not expecting to like it but the additional layouts made for interesting racing.
I especially enjoyed the open wheelers with it. I tried everything from the 60’s classic open wheelers (and the Howston) to the more modern cars. Liked them all on this track.
