Publisher/distributor BigBen Interactive and game developer Kylotonn Games have released the box art and new images of their latest title, WRC 5.
Lets start with the images. The collaborators have released three in-game images to preview what we’ll be experiencing this Fall when WRC 5 is released. One screenshot is a montage of night shots showing us that yes, it is really that dark in the woods at night. The next two images show us what the car looks like before-rally (BR) and after-rally (AR). I’m more of an AR person myself.
The cover art was also revealed but with a twist. Someone came up with the clever idea of featuring a market’s favorite car on the cover in said market. Brilliant.
Five of the market’s cover art have been announced (see below), while the rest of the world wait with baited breath for the big unveil in their home country. I’m rooting for the VW (not-a-Golf) Polo here in the US but will expect the Fiesta…since it’s the only car we actually have here. But hey, a GTI owner can dream.
WRC 5 is due out this Fall on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, PC and Steam.

Give me the Ford.
Sorry, it’ll never be as good as DIRT Rally :p I bought WRC 4 but was quite disapointed with the physics, it offered no challenge even on loose surfaces
