UnitedRacingDesign (URD), makers of the EnduranceRacingX payware mod for rFactor 2 (rF2) and Assetto Corsa (AC), have released previews of a few upcoming cars….cars that should get any endurance fan excited.
First up is the Chevrolet Corvette C7.R that competes in the GTE class in the United Sports Car Championship in the United States (as well as LeMans in June). If the C7.R from URD sounds familiar that’s because it is.
URD originally started working on the car for rF2 but at some point in the development, the AC developer Kunos Simulazioni contracted URD to create the car for their Dream Pack. Now that the car is released in AC, URD is ready to full fill their original goal and release the car for rF2.
And not only is it coming to rF2 but it’s going to be free.
The Corvette isn’t the only WIP car that was shared with the community this week. URD have also posted pictures of the upcoming Aura Px1 and Darche PX1 LMP1 cars. Neither ring a bell? Well you probably better know them as the Audi R18 e-tron and the Porsche 919 Hybrid that compete in the World Endurance Championship (WEC).
The Audi and Porsche join the Nissan GT-R LM NISMO (Shiro GT-PX1) that was previewed back in February, making it appear like URD is set to accurately recreate the 2015 WEC LMP1 class (currently only missing the Toyota TS040 Hybrid…for now), which is awesome!
The PX mod will be released for both rF2 and AC. URD is shooting to release some of the cars for rF2 in June and July, with the AC cars coming some weeks later.

Looking nice. Can’t wait to try them for both platforms.
