Forza Motorsport 5 – Long Beach Rivals Mode – McLaren M23 – James Hunt Car

Presenting a new test drive. In this one, I take a spin at the new Forza Motorsport version of Long Beach in the McLaren M23 that was driven by James Hunt in 1976.

This is called Racing Rivals where Ferrari 312 T2s originally driven by Niki Lauda are on track and creating an obstacle. Definitely one of the hardest Rivals mode challenges I’ve tried.

I’m using a Thrustmaster TX 458 Italia for this test drive on the XBox One.

I hope you enjoy it.

  1. Darin, Are you surprised that the Ai brakes early on the turns? This has been the norm from DAY ONE the Forza series came out. Nothing new bro, Cheers!

  2. Randall Nelson

These are track day events. The AI isn’t even in “race mode” they are just causally driving around the track. Personally I don’t care for track day rivals at all.
