GP Bikes Beta 6 Released

Piboso, possibly one of the busiest (and maybe insane) developers in all of sim racing, has released the latest beta for GP Bikes. This is the sixth beta release for the motorcycle racing simulator, bringing a wide variety of bug fixes and additions to the title. A cool new addition is the simulation of flexing in the bike’s chassis. Chassis flex is becoming commonplace in car racing sims, but I believe GP Bikes is the first time it’s been simulated for bikes.

This latest update also brings improvements to the simulation of the rider’s movement on the bike. One new feature is that you can override the rider’s automatic lean, to give yourself some more manual control. One of the complexities of motorcycle simulators is that there are far more elements to control than in car sims, so any more controllable aspects are always welcome.
