Today I got this press release from Eutechnyx about Auto Club Revolution. Being a fan of American Muscle, especially the Camaro, I thought I would share it with all of you. No, ACR isn’t a racing sim, but the last time I tried it, was a lot of fun and similar to a Gran Turismo or Forza Motorsport but for the PC. Have you tried it lately ? If so, let me know your thoughts on it here in the comments section.
We are pleased to share the news that Eutechnyx has launched a new update for Auto Club Revolution which showcases three American muscle cars – the Chevrolet Camaro ZL1, Cadillac CTS-V Coupe, and Ford Shelby GT500™.
Each car is available using E-Bucks (in-game currency) and will have their upgrades unlocked from the get-go, giving players the opportunity to race hard from the start.
– Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 (430 E-Bucks): This car features a supercharged 6.2L LSA engine, with a top speed of 184mph and 0-60 time of 3.9s – making it the most powerful production Camaro ever.
– Cadillac CTS-V Coupe (420 E-Bucks): Features unique centered twin exhausts, as well as a larger grille for air intake. The car can hit 60mph in only 3.9s!
– Ford Shelby GT500™ (550 E-Bucks): The 4-V V8 supercharged engine is certified to produce 662 bhp and 631 lb-ft of torque, with a claimed top speed of 202 mph (325 km/h).
All three of these cars – including over 50 already available rides in the game now – are built hand-in-hand with car manufacturers to replicate their real-life counterparts. Designed to deliver a fully licensed racing game experience, Auto Club Revolution will be receiving continuous updates throughout the next couple months, promising to offer more flexibility and an overall deeper racing experience.
