A couple months ago we looked at the Virtual Rallycross Championship mod for rFactor. Since then, there’s been some pretty good progress that we thought you might like to know about.
First off, an updator was released to make sure you guys are always running the latest and greatest build. The server has also opened, allowing you to take the GRC shenanigans to your friends online.
On the content side, Lessay in France, Mettet in Belgium and Franciacorta in Italy circuits have been added to the title. On the car side, the team is working on the Audi S1 EKS RX Concept, which is a pretty badass looking car. Multiple new 2014 skins have also been added.
To get in on the early access beta action, head over to the refreshed download page for everything needed to go rallycross. With GRC at the Circuit of the Americas this weekend for the X-Games, I think this mod might be the perfect fix for us who aren’t allowed on the track with the big boys.
